Account Creation You must create an account to participate in contests. Required information includes your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, and verification documents. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and may not share it with others. Only one account per person is allowed.
Contests and Participation Draft.fun offers skill-based contests where you select lineups of players to compete for prizes.
Rules, entry fees, and prizes are displayed before you join a contest.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Cheating or unfair behavior is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Deposits and Withdrawals To enter paid contests, you need to deposit funds into your account using an approved payment method.
Withdrawals may require verification, such as tax forms or identity documents.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ten dollars.
Prizes and Taxes Prizes are awarded based on contest rules and are subject to verification. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any winnings. Draft.fun may issue tax forms for annual winnings over six hundred dollars.
Responsible Gaming Draft.fun supports responsible gaming. You can set deposit limits, contest entry limits, or self-exclude from the platform. If you need help, contact support or use the self-exclusion tools.
Prohibited Conduct You may not:
Use multiple accounts or access someone else’s account.
Cheat, collude, or manipulate contests.

The maximum liability of Draft.fun for any claim is two hundred fifty dollars.
Dispute Resolution All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims or intellectual property issues. By using Draft.fun, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
You may opt out of arbitration within thirty days of creating your account by mailing written notice to Draft.fun.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any legal disputes must be filed in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless resolved through arbitration.
